Who is the Data Controller?
The Consorcio Gestor del Pacto Territorial por el Empleo de la Plana Baixa is the Data Controller, and it is advised and supervised by our Data Protection Officer to ensure the proper protection of our clients’ personal data.
Why do we process your personal contact details?
The data provided to us, as well as any other data generated during the development of the relationship with the citizen/interested party, may be processed for different purposes depending on the services being provided, with this being done in order to maintain contact and communication with them and to manage the provision of the services requested and/or provided by this Consortium. Where appropriate, more explicit and specific purposes may be indicated in the information clauses incorporated in each of the data collection channels (online forms, paper forms, locutions, posters and informative notes) for specific cases.
What is the legal basis for the processing of your personal data? In other words, what is the rationale or condition that enables us to process your personal data?
The legal basis that legitimises us to process your personal data may be diverse. For example, it may be the consent of the interested person(s); the fulfilment of one of our legal obligations; the Town Council acting in the public interest or in exercise of public powers; the protection of vital interests; or the execution of a contract.
The requested data must be provided, as these are necessary in order to attend your request and/or provide our services. If these are not provided, we will not be able to execute or provide these services.
When the processing is based on your consent, this will be deemed to have been issued unequivocally and shall be considered to be a clear affirmative act.
How long will we keep your personal data for?
In general, we will store the personal data that are provided to us in order to keep a record of our services and to ensure the efficient management thereof, provided that the citizen does not request that said data be deleted. Even when deletion has been requested, the data will be stored for the required period of time and their processing will be restricted to one or more of the following cases: to comply with any legal/contractual obligations to which we are subjected; for the legal periods established for the prescription of any liability on our behalf; for the exercise or defence of claims deriving from the relationship that we hold with the interested person/citizen.
Who may be the assignees or recipients of your personal data?
The data that you provide us may be sent to third parties for the fulfilment of purposes that are directly related to the legitimate functions of the transferor and transferee. For example, they may be sent to entities or agencies when we are legally obliged to do so, or to public or private organisations with whom we reach agreements in order to carry out social, cultural or sports-related projects or collaboration agreements, etc.
What are your rights in terms of data protection and how can you exercise them?
To exercise your rights in terms of data protection, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
You can also lodge claims before the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
